Getting started at Complete West Health & Performance is easy! After coming in for a FREE no-sweat intro or trial class, we’ll debrief and go over any questions or concerns with going into classes.
Typically, our newest members will go through an on-ramping process with one of our highly certified coaches before starting their membership. On-ramps are ESSENTIAL to develop confidence and comfortability with each movement. The last thing we want is for you to get injured or step into your first class confused or anxious of what’s to come!
Each on-ramp session will last 45-60 minutes and we’ll go over each squat, press, Olympic lift, gymnastics movement, cardio machine, etc.– everything you’ll do in group classes in the future!
